VoIP service, or Voice Over IP, is provided through a high speed internet connection to allow the user to call or receive calls, dial multiple extensions in a network, join or start conference calls, and much more without a PBX system that might become outdated or cost extra for its setup and maintenance. This service is a flat rate telephone service that lets me save up to 50 percent on calling costs while giving me all the necessary features I need to manage business calls efficiently online. The system transfers voice and data while using a small part of the high speed internet pipeline during each call, which is restored as soon as the call is terminated.

I can easily connect a multiple line phone to the service and have unlimited extension mobility that allows me to call and receive calls from multiple lines and extensions. I can add phone lines and extensions as needed. The multiline phone system that is essential in any business setting can be very expensive especially if I need to add a new line to the system, but with VoIP I pay a fixed amount every month for traditional multiple line phone service and voice and data services. I can manage service and call setting, hear voicemail, get transcriptions, and send feedback reports online through one easy to navigate control panel. I can access my phone service and make and receive calls on my business line from any location, which is a great time saver.
